Richard Bugbee (Luiseno) learned traditional plant uses of Southern California from the late Elder Jane Dumas, (Kumeyaay, Jamul Indian Village). Richard is the KCC Instructor for Kumeyaay Ethnobotany and Ethnoecology courses with Michelle Garcia (Cuyamaca College).
